Just got mine done as part of other fluid changes (LSD, engine). Total cost for manual transmission was $174. Labor was $94.50.
I switched to Redline DCTF which improved shift feel and "notchiness" a lot. Two quart each for $21.23

Also got charged for two BMW genuine manual trans drain plugs, not sure why two are needed?
