Be sure to use brake grease on the back side of both pads, and along the edges. That should address your squealing.
I just grabbed a set of these, along with Stoptech lines, and fresh ATE fluid.

Hoping between the better fluid, and new lines, I will gain some performance that I am losing from the ceramic pads. The OEM pads leave something to be desired, I have some weird pedal feel, and the dust is just awful unless I can wash my wheels every other day.

It's just a street car so I'm sure I'll be happier.

I've always used Akebono ceramic pads on my previous cars with great luck, but they were more daily driver oriented.
