Software. Opened the Audiotech Fischer software used to load the tune, selected the center channel from the list above the graph (Output E), clicked "Mute" in the box to the right of the graph, clicked "Save and Store". Doesn't get much easier. You can also drag the "Channel Gain and Output Level" slider all the way to the left, if you're a Belt-and-Suspenders type.
