The maintenance on mine basically is an annual oil change at 3,500 miles a year. My tires are about shot but that wouldn't be covered anyway, brakes are probably good until 40K. We still have our 2007 335 convertible and besides brakes the only issue was replacing coils when the engine started running like crap.
