I imagine a qualified shop experienced in one-off fabrications could use the photos to work up something similar. That might be worth a try.
If anyone goes that route, I recommend asking for an estimate first. As these scoops made only a modest difference in rotor and caliper temps, I doubt it's worth spending more than a moderate amount on them.
