The 2 series compact spare kit from
bimmerzone fits our 2020 f23 M240i
front and back (blue M calipers and rotors)
without spacers. I tested the fit and it
works.
The compact spare for my 2009 JCW r55
MINI Clubman needs a 12mm spacer to
clear the rear JCW brakes, but the
tire/wheel/jack/tool tray fits nicely out
of the way in the spare well.
On the other hand, the compact spare/etc.
strapped to the floor of the trunk of the
M240i convertible does take up up a bit
of real estate.
