I think the AFE bar is hollow? If it is then it's probably no stiffer then the H&R sway bars.

Problem is, a sway bar that thick starts running into clearance issues. Not only that but why anyone thinks they need front OR rear sways that are this stiff is beyond me. The car is going to feel awful with soft springs and it's going to be picking up wheels. It might look cool in autocross pictures but your car is not going to be any faster.
