Streetable is important
My street/track camber, with street usage taking precedence, by far, has been this:

Front: -2.6° camber
Rear: -2.2° camber

I have no complaints, neither about responsiveness to steering input nor about tire wear.

That degree of negative camber makes the car very responsive to steering input.
