I am having the same issue after multiple flashes It just started appearing this error. And yes I download first and then flash.
I have attempted every single test that I can thinck or had read searching.
Opened a ticket after an hour with one of the bootmod service reps we were unable to fix the issue. I am frustrated. 😔
