I had a whippet that one afternoon tore off the entire front seat leather upholstery in my very nice 1959 Rover 100. I was visiting a lady friend who didn't care for dogs, so I'd left him in the car; apparently, that was his opinion of the matter. The gfs came and went – the dog stayed.
