It's an okay price. You can get the exhaust itself from ECS Tuning for less than 900 shipped (and probably cheaper from bmwpartspros), so you're paying about 230 in installation fees based on this quote. You don't need to have your dealership do the installation, and you'll probably get them to do it for less than 200 (maybe even less than 100).
