Just an FYI for those who opted for the LSD. After speaking w my service manager, M235i 1,200 break in service is not officially covered (I got mine paid for). In any event, the M3/M4 1,200 that is covered includes both oil and filter change along with a fluid change for the diff. I do not believe the 1,200 is covered in the event you opt for the diff, but may want to pay out of pocket in the event you own the car and plan to keep it for a while. Based on my limited understanding of the engineering behind this stuff it sounds like the diff fluid change may be the more important of the two.
