I just swapped my pads on all 4 corners with Power Stop ceramic/cf pads. I added grease behind the pads as well as the pins, did I forget to lube something else?

I only hear the squeal when coming to stop around 1-3 MPH, does not make a sound in reverse though, any ideas?
