You realize plain old air is already ~80% nitrogen, right? That last 20% really makes very little difference at the temps and pressures that car tires see. These are not airplanes or F1 cars... Given the prices shops charge for nitrogen fills, is it really so difficult to stop by a place with an air pump once a year?
