Yes. I have HK M235 and HiFi 328 Wagon and they're virtually identical. My upgrades for both have been identical as well. Bavsound speakers (including underseat), Audiotec Fisher amps, then JL amps, Focal woofer and custom box in trunk. Post upgrade all the gear in both cars is literally exactly the same, again HK to HiFi.
Again though check that A&K product if you can stream AptX that should get you what you need in the short term at least.
