The 2-series audio options are worse than those in the 3-series and beyond, so HK in a 2-series is more or less the same stuff you get in the no-cost HiFi system in the 3-series. You could try doing something like Astell&Kern XB10 to get AptX directly into Aux-In if your phone will support it.
