I'd say it's worth it. You get more power plus a full DSP. But to take full advantage of the DSP you're either going to have to tune it yourself or find a car audio shop that can tune it for you.
The only problem with buying this amp and using it on the OEM HK speakers is that after a while you might want to improve the sound even more; then you end up like me and replace everything in the car. lol
