You can probably get by without the spare anyway as long as you aren't in a really rural area. I ditched the runflats immediately when I got my 3 series 11 years ago. Had a donut in the back, but I think I only used it once. Otherwise I've always been within AAA tow distance of a service station/tire shop. With the addition of the tire goo and compressor in the newer models, you should be fine.
