My wife loves her X3M40i (it's a 2021). We got every option EXCEPT for the Sport Dampening Suspension, which at the time was marketed as providing "a more sporty driving experience". She didn't want a harsh ride, but as it turns out that option provides the exact OPPOSITE - it gives a more comfortable ride. So our X3 rides pretty stiff so a definite marketing failure there in terms of description. Worst part is, it was only $700 so it wasn't even about the money.
Hope you got the Harmon Kardon system, I will say that when you get it set up just right along with a good source for audio, its absolutely amazing. And I'm comparing that to the B&W system in my M850i...
