Either option you listed can work, but I typically recommend the ET45 with 5mm front spacers as it provides a bit more clearance front and rear. ET35 works well if you are running aftermarket HAS kits or coilovers that reduce inner clearance.

FL-5 and SM-10 fitments aren't available in the higher offset options that the ARC-8 and EC-7 are so you are really limited to the 18x8.5 ET35 front and rear with those 2 wheel designs.
