Uninstall spotify. Download the .apk for the version you want (I used APK Mirror here:
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/spotif...8-530-release/. You want the armeabi-v7a version.
Make sure install from unknown sources is turned on and then just open the downloaded file and it will install from there.
We don't have Pandora in Canada so can't really comment.
