Hey guys. Just recently made the switch from Audi to BMW ('15 S3 then '18 S3 then '18 RS3... now '18 M240i). First thing I wanted to do was enable Apple CarPlay, but not pay that crazy dealer fee. So, I found
kubax86 on here, and he set me up with everything I needed to get it done.
In typical BMW/Apple fashion, we had a few hurdles. Installing CarPlay was easy and quick, but for some reason my phone did not want to play nicely with the car. After going back and forth all morning, we finally figured it out. Happy to say it works great and I'm extremely grateful for the rate, service, communication, and troubleshooting.
TL;DR
kubax86 was extremely helpful with getting Apple CarPlay installed in my car. Would definitely recommend.
