Now when I accelerate onto the Bay Bridge it's so darn quiet I look down and am like, crap I really shouldn't be going 85 past, I had no idea I was going that fast. And I don't think a traffic court judge is gonna use "my car was too quiet" as an excuse. So really, it's a safety feature - installing a better auditory feedback system to avoid excessive speed.
If you want more volume and character, w/o being boy racer obnoxious, then just get the Dinan mid-pipe (or dual resonator delete) and keep the stock muffler. That's what I did and I'm very happy with it.
I only had one resonator on my m235. am i missing one? also, my pipe diameter is 3 inches already. are you guys saying the dinan midpipe is wider than 3"?
