any 3 step leather cleaning system will work.

all BMW leather is coated. No need to "condition" the seats as the conditioner will never reach the actual hide. That being said, you can still protect the polyurethane coating with something like the Gyeon leather protectant to prevent dye transfer or breakdown of the polyurethane coating. Clean with a leather brush/ mild leather cleaner, and protect. Maintain with a distilled water wipe down and that’s it!
