It won't matter to BMW what brand you are using even if it's Dinan.
Dinan match BMW warranty if the dealership refuses to cover a repair for free and claims it's due to your tune. This only applies to Flash tunes, does not apply to Dinan piggyback.
With that being said, you can always remove the piggyback before your dealership visit and save yourself the headache
