If you're really desperate, have access to a very competent body shop, and enough money to blow, you may be able to cut up and merge the lower portion of a 1-series bumper with the upper half of your 2-series bumper.
A shop in Japan did it years ago with an F80 bumper.
Alternately, you can completely swap the headlight, hood, front fenders, and bumper. There's probably a dozen or so people out there who have converted their
1-series to M2 body panels, so I assume the reverse is also possible.
