Can't help you with a comparison, but I have a 2014 235 and love it!!
I picked it up about a year ago, put more than 9,000 miles on it (I own a truck and another car so that keeps the miles down) and only had to do an oil change.
Plenty of power, comfortable, and corners nicely.
