Go to the 20th second and you can see that there is ample room for RUS and that BOT is sighting the next turn. I don't have a dog in this fight...I think it was a racing incident caused by youth, inexperience and a little red mist. Once his right rear is on the grass at that velocity, it all ends in tears as we all plainly saw.
