You will probably need a slight fender roll. Maybe, maybe not.
I'm with 18 8J et40 with 245 width tyres and it rubs. OK you are on narrower 225's, but the 19" won't help and you are 4mm more poke with et36. |

Are you on stock springs ? Where is the rubbing ?
I finaly plan to change my wheels for a front 19x8 ET40 set to fit Michelin PS4S 235. Hope i will be fine.
