Don't mix pads between axles. Stock pads (and fluid) really won't do for any real track time, so you may want to swap to a street/track pad for the summer with a fluid change, then swap back to factory pads and another fluid swap (back to factory low-visc) for winter. This is what I did last summer, and doing the same this year but with better pads and brakes.
