Stick, cool data. Thanks.

Hwn, FWIW I drove last year in my 550i (RWD, no LSD) 6M the entire Connecticut winter on DWS06 tires. No issues in the snow, with one exception where I was overzealous with the throttle (easy to do with that car); no harm, no foul. Reminded me to be smooth with my inputs!

My only gripe with the DWS tires was that once they wore down a bit, their snow traction diminished pretty dramatically, which made me change them out at ~30K to be safe. On the 550i, this was especially true for the rears which for some reason, I wore out rather quickly...LOL. The DWS in general is a pretty hard tire so it can last a long time.

We probably have put 200-300K mikes on these between my wife (A6 and Allroad), Son's (A6 6M) and my cars and I am waiting for the new set of Bridgestone Dueler's on my wife's X5 to wear out so I can replace these with DWS's.

Regarding noise, I always considered the DWS to be fairly quiet, but I do not have much to compare them to...
