With your very few snow days per year, it sounds similar to what we have here in mid-TN. With maybe 5 snow days (that's on the high side) per year, that leaves 360 days without winter conditions. My AS3+ purchase was based on the 360 days, not the 5. I am very happy with the non-snow characteristics of the Michelin. It is grippy, quiet and responsive. I loved the MPSS and wanted to keep a similar feel while having at least minor snow capabilities. The M235 is our daily driver.
