Bootmod3 has a smoother power delivery, complete ECU control and no hardware install, burble tune.
Jb4 is cheaper, with a lot of free maps, power, even a custom map, methanol injection control and cool features including an auto tune map. Also adds an extra layer of safety with the JB4 going to stock power as soon as car goes lean or overboost
Running both at the same time will give you the best of both worlds
