With all the track day pad swaps, I wasn't going to change the pins/springs every time. I decided that I would change the pins/springs when I change the discs. That seems reasonable to me. Even with the swaps, the pins and spring are in excellent condition and showing minimal wear.
I might change them more often if I could find them cheaper. I keep hearing that generic Brembo (as opposed to BMW OE) are way cheaper, but I haven't been able to find a good source.
Anyone have any leads on OEM quality pins/springs at less than BMW OE prices?
