I don't have excessive mileage, but I have 51k miles at the moment and the car still looks, feels, and drives as if it's fresh off the lot. I had to get a clockspring replaced under warranty, but I think that was just unlucky and it was just because it developed a squeak. No breakdowns, but I wouldn't expect any.
