This really wasn’t intended to be a thread about individual experiences, but rather the overall stats that point to a huge marketing and production ‘win’ for BMW.

Your comment was right on point. Moving up four places in a year, and earning a “top five” brand reliability title makes for valuable PR headlines.
Also seeing Porsche and Mercedes down the list was an eyebrow-raiser. (Well, okay... at least Porsche.)
