Camber plates should absolutely come first. Not sure about coils thought. The car has excessive body roll due to small sway bars. The shock/struts are fine for what they are. I'd prefer to just replace when they wear out, rather than waste. Sway bars don't wear out.
Also, don't bother with sway bars if you don't have a limited slip diff. That should be on the top of the list with the camber plates.
