Our cars are very similar - Elite v1 - had to replace the harness. Dinan CAI and mid pipe, I have the AWE exhaust and a Quaife, but my car is a 6spd.
Taking drivetrain loss ranging between 12% and 15% - that puts the cars in the 408 - 419 range at the crank - which follows Dinan's claims fairly closely.
