I just swapped out a couple of weeks ago. I had the staggered non-run flat MPSS setup for summer (probably the same as the OP). I went with the 18" square BMW winter set (385 wheels and WinterContact tires). The dealer did the swap and aired them at the same pressures as the staggered summer setup (33/41 psi) FWIW.
