As for the warranty it depends on what is covered. It is likely a third party warranty. Will it cover a charge pipe, oil leak at the filter or oil pan? You are probably close to needing shocks. On my CPO I bought the tire and wheel warranty and had the wheels reconditioned two times and 4 tires replaced. Not sure I would do that again. Does the stealership have the maintenance records? That will inform the decision.
