I would certainly ask about getting the brakes done, especially noting the noise, and any potential 'feel' issues like pulsing or pulling. My local dealership was quite generous with brake work - fully replaced rotors and pads after I burned them down to the rivets on day 2 of an HPDE. No way they didn't know that is what happened, no way they could have missed the piles of different colored brake dust from the track pads that I'd wiped out on day 1, and not even a question about it.
