Might seem trivial, but if it's not included in a package, definitely get the Wind Deflector. Transforms the interior with the top down - minimal wind buffeting, you can have a sensible conversation without shouting, and keeps stuff on the back seat from flying out. Also good for hiding anything on the back seat from view.
