I've got a 230ix on order, can someone tell me where the oil filter canister/housing is located on this? My sales guy has no idea, even though he drives one because he just relies on the BMW maintenance program.

FYI.. I did the 1st oil chance on on a B46 230i, you just need a 27mm socket and swivel to remove the filter cap. It's a a royal PITA because there's not much room to get it out.
