There is no state in the UNION that a JB4 is street legal. Which is why they STAMP closed course only on the JB4. Thus the reason why a Dinan piggyback cost more. It passes EPA rules and California CARB. EPA no cost. CARB on the other hand cost money. This is why the Dinan piggyback cost more.

However, I know first hand that the M235i responds well to modes. My ex-GFs car was stellar after I finished with some mods.
