It depends on wheel width, tire width (yeah, they vary a bit brand-to-brand), offset, and whether you roll your fenders.

I run more than 3 degrees negative camber, F8x LCAs+TSes, rolled fenders, and 255/35r18 MPSSes on 18x8.5et42. This gives me essentially zero clearance to the strut, but avoids rubbing in essentially all situations.

255s are possible with above setup and 18x9et36 wheels (also zero clearance to the strut), but I had rubbing in some situations.

Basically, you need to be ready to do some fettling to get it right.
