The one I'm really on about is e-diff, which I perceive to be braking/pulling power in tight corners and middling throttle inputs. That is, I've noticed that when unwinding the wheel under constant throttle there's a noticeable kick when the wheel gets straight. This is more of a street-driving issue, but I should be able to tell if there's any difference on track as well.

e-diff doesn't pull power off... just apply brakes to the spinning wheel ala LSD
Also be careful with the stuff you change on the DSC as it's not like you are just turning off a warning message for navigation...
