If you’re referring to the BMWCCA rewards program, the requirements include that the sales docs and title must be in the eligible member's name, so you can only apply for the reward after taking delivery of your car. I picked up my 230i in early November and submitted a request a few days later. It was accepted by BMWCCA and sent on to BMWNA for the reward but was told in the email acceptance it would take 3 months to process the reward!
