Just my 2 cents. I know this thread is almost 2 years old, which is actually around when I bought my Wagner Tuning Catted DP 300 HJS-ECS (which I don't think they sell anymore. x-ph website only shows 200CEL. correct me if I'm wrong) and haven't had a check engine light since. Love the sound combined with dinan midpipes.
Also, someone asked if it comes with turbo flange gasket. Mine did not come with and I ended up using the one from the OEM downpipe.
