The bigger rim you get the lower profile tire you need (thinner sidewall) to make up for the bigger rim. So if you want 19s, you will be trading that for the smaller sidewall and stiffer ride.
245 will easily fit in the rear.
The issue with xdrive is you want the diameter of the front and rear tires within 3% of each other. Since both front and rear tires are connected to the drivetrain, they need to spin at (almost) the same rate. Where if you were RWD that wouldnt matter.
