I was told by a knowledgeable source in July that Dinan's flash tune was due to be released in the spring. That's the tune I'm waiting for, as my car still has 43 months to go on its warranty.
For me, the combination of the Dinan tune's power increase along with its not affecting BMW's warranty is a no-brainer. If my car was out of warranty, I might be looking further afield, but probably not unless there was a compelling reason to choose something else (and that something else would definitely not be more power). As always in these matters, YMMV. |
On Facebook they said they plan to release Flash tunes for M(2,3,4,5) Q1-19, then soon after to follow with B engines.
Just because it is Dinan doesn't mean there will be any kind of warranty like their piggyback Elite tuner, example the Sport piggyback has no warranty, BUT F;
